Merchants can now connect OnePay with OrderNow.lk to seamlessly accept online card payments and automatically sync order and transaction data, making online selling and reconciliation faster and more efficient.

Connect OnePay with OrderNow.lk to accept online payments and manage your orders and transactions in one place.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• A registered and active OrderNow.lk merchant account
• An active paid package on OrderNow.lk
• An active OnePay Merchant Admin Console account with IPG Apps configured

Step 1: Log In to Your OrderNow.lk Account

1. Go to www.ordernow.lk and log in using your registered merchant credentials.
2. Once logged in, make sure you are on the main merchant dashboard.

Step 2: Upgrade to a Paid Package

1. Navigate to your Account Settings or Subscription section.
2. Ensure your current plan is upgraded to a Paid Package.
3. Online payment features, including card payment gateway support, are only available on paid plans.
