Zoho OnePay Extension — Installation & Configuration Guide

This guide walks you through installing and configuring the OnePay payment gateway extension for Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory, so your customers can make secure card payments directly through your invoices.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• Admin access to your Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory account
• Access to the Zoho Marketplace
• An active OnePay Merchant Admin Console account with IPG Apps configured

Step 1: Install the Extension from Zoho Marketplace

1. Go to the Zoho Marketplace and search for the OnePay Extension.
2. On the extension page, click Install.
3. On the "Install Extension" screen:
   • Select your Organization from the dropdown.
   • Check the "I agree to the Terms of Service" checkbox.
4. Click Install to confirm.

Step 2: Access Payment Gateway Settings in Zoho

1. Open your Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory dashboard.
2. Click the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner.
